Richie holds a Masters Degree in Studio Composition from the Purchase College Conservatory of Music. During the course of his over 20 year career in music, Richie has won several awards for his songwriting and guitar playing from the Songwriter's Hall of Fame and Berklee College. He has recorded music for MTV's "The Osbournes" and has performed live on VH1 several times. Richie is currently the guitarist/keyboardist for legendary rock band Blue Oyster Cult. He has also performed and recorded with artists like Nicko McBrain, Alan White, Carmine Appice, Bumblefoot, Regina Spektor, Spencer Davis, Rudy Sarzo, Bobby Rondinelli and many more.
